Qualifications:

• Current and active Michigan Social Worker credential
• Experience working within school environments, especially with K-12 age groups, strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of student mental health, crisis intervention, and resource coordination
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct social work services to students in grades K-12, addressing emotional, behavioral, and social needs
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers and school administrators to support individualized educational goals
• Provide crisis response and guidance, serving as a bridge between students, families, and community agencies
• Offer staff and family consultations to develop plans that improve student success and well-being

This full-time, 35-hour-per-week role provides a Monday through Friday schedule in a supportive educational setting.
