What youll need:

• Active Social Worker license in Rhode Island
• Experience working in school settings; elementary caseload preferred
• Strong skills in documenting and tracking service delivery for Medicaid reimbursement
• Ability to adapt quickly and collaborate effectively with school support teams
• Commitment to uphold student confidentiality and professional ethics

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social work services and support to elementary students
• Maintain detailed, timely logs in compliance with Medicaid requirements
• Participate in student support meetings and collaborate with teachers and staff
• Serve as an advocate for students social-emotional well-being
• Adapt support strategies to meet diverse student needs
• Engage with families as needed to support student success

Role Highlights:

• Contract assignment beginning January 27th through March 28th, with possible extension
• 35 hours per week in a single supportive school environment
