Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Social Work license for the state of Pennsylvania
• Experience working in a school setting, especially with elementary students
• Proficient in providing emotional and behavioral support
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and maintain confidentiality
• Passion for helping children overcome obstacles and thrive academically and personally

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized support strategies for students requiring emotional support services
• Conduct assessments, provide counseling, and create intervention plans as needed
