This position offers an opportunity for a Licensed Social Worker to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Peralta, NM. The role is a contract position starting ASAP and continuing through the end of the school year. The Social Worker will work onsite, dedicating 35 hours per week to providing essential services and support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct social work services to students across all grade levels (K-12).
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources to address student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Conduct assessments and maintain thorough documentation.
• Support students social, emotional, and behavioral development.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Social Worker (SSW) in the state of New Mexico.
• Experience working within school settings preferred.
