Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a school-based Social Worker! Two contract opportunities are availableone working with K-12 students and another exclusively focused on a high school caseload. In these dynamic roles, youll collaborate with educators, families, and community resources to foster student well-being and success.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Valid and current state licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure as a School Social Worker
• Previous school-based experience is highly preferred
• Ability to work with diverse student populations across elementary, middle, and high schoolor solely with high school students, depending on caseload
• Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis intervention skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct social-emotional and behavioral assessments
• Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual and group needs
• Deliver counseling services and facilitate support groups for students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address barriers to academic or social success
• Serve as an advocate for students, connecting families with community services and resources
• Support school-wide initiatives on mental health awareness, bullying prevention, and trauma-informed practices
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines
