This contract opportunity calls for a skilled Social Worker experienced in school-based environments to empower elementary, middle, and high school students through both proactive and responsive support.

Desired Qualifications and Background:
- Current professional licensure or certification in school social work
- Previous experience within elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development
- Ability to connect and communicate effectively with diverse student populations, staff, and families
- Experience with interventions, behavioral planning, and crisis management in a school setting
- Comfort navigating group facilitation and individual counseling sessions
- Strong documentation and organizational skills for maintaining student records
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to a team-based approach to student success
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify barriers to student learning and recommend strategies for improvement
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling for students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate actively with teachers, support staff, and family members to foster a supportive school climate
- Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
- Refer students and families to community resources for additional support
