Desired Qualifications:
- Valid social work licensure appropriate for school-based positions

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and counseling abilities
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with academic, social, or emotional challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement intervention plans
- Conduct assessments to identify student and family needs, providing referrals to community resources as appropriate
- Support efforts to create an inclusive and positive school climate
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist in the development of personalized student plans
