  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with crisis response protocols and case management
  • Ability to create and implement student-centered intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students
  • Assess student needs and develop tailored support strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create a safe and nurturing environment
  • Address crisis situations swiftly and effectively
  • Connect students and families with community resources
  • Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of services provided
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP/504 planning as needed
  • Advocate for student welfare, promoting inclusivity and equity
