- Ideally starting in April 2026 (flexible, open to earlier)
- Through June 5, 2026 (end of CSY)
Schedule:
- Full-time

- Serving students in grades 56
Position Overview:
A district in the Novi, MI area is seeking a School Social Worker to provide maternity leave coverage. This role will support students social, emotional, and behavioral needs while working closely with staff and families in a collaborative school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide social work services to students in grades 56
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff
- Support student success through interventions and consultations
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IEP requirements
- Assist with any additional IEP needs as they arise
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Active School Social Worker (SSW) license
Additional Details:
- Most IEPs are current and up to date
- Must be open to handling a small number of additional or updated IEPs if needed
- Additional details will be provided during the interview process
