Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a school Social Worker
- Previous experience in an elementary, middle, or high school environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with students, staff, and families
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop interventions, and facilitate crisis management
- Dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive school climate

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students coping with social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to develop strategies and interventions
- Serve as a resource for families, connecting them to community agencies and support services as needed
- Conduct risk assessments and participate actively in crisis response when necessary
- Develop and monitor student progress plans, documenting services provided and outcomes achieved
- Assist with promoting positive school culture initiatives that encourage student growth and resilience
