Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current Social Work license for the state
• Previous experience working with elementary, middle, or high school students
• Expertise in school-based counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy
• Ability to develop and implement individualized support plans
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and faculty
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and required documentation
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, behavioral, and emotional issues
• Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a supportive school climate
• Conduct assessments and assist in the development of intervention plans
• Offer crisis prevention and intervention services as needed
• Facilitate communication between home, school, and community resources
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with all regulations and standards
