Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as a Michigan School Social Worker (required)
• Experience serving K-12 students with a variety of behavioral and academic challenges
• Ability to thrive independently, as no clinical supervision is provided in this role
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills with students, staff, and families
• Organized, compassionate, and adaptable in dynamic school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support students emotional and behavioral development
