Essential Qualifications:
- Valid and active social work license, preferably with focus on school social work (LICSW, LCSW, or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in K-12 school settings strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with students, teachers, and families
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, crisis intervention, and social-emotional learning
- Ability to maintain accurate records, uphold confidentiality, and adhere to ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling for students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges

- Lead or participate in crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed
- Assist in developing programs focused on character education, bullying prevention, and mental wellness
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and district policies
