This contract position offers you the chance to work collaboratively with educators and families, addressing students social, emotional, and behavioral needs to help them thrive in school.

Desired Qualifications:

• Hold a current social work license for Illinois
• Previous experience supporting students within a school environment preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to assess student needs and develop effective support plans
• Compassionate, adaptable, and proactive approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students challenges and strengths
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to coordinate resources
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling to students as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with relevant laws and guidelines
• Support the school in fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all students
