Make a difference in students lives and support school communities as a dedicated social worker. Two full-time contract positions are now open, serving either middle school or elementary school populations. Youll play a key role in fostering students success and emotional well-being in an onsite, fast-paced educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active MSW license in Pennsylvania is required
• Previous experience working in a school setting
• Must hold a valid, active PA School Social Worker Educational Specialist certificate
  --OR-- Be an LSW or LCSW enrolled in a PDE-approved social worker program
• Ability to obtain and maintain all mandatory Pennsylvania clearances
• Must feel confident supporting students and families in an urban school environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based mental health, behavioral, and social-emotional support to assigned students
• Serve as liaison among school, families, and community agencies
• Respond to crisis situations and assist with intervention planning
• Support students academic and social development through individual and group counseling
• Collaborate with educators and administration for student-centered solutions
• Adhere to confidentiality regulations as well as school, state, and federal compliance standards

Position Details:

• Full-time contract (37.5 hours per week)
• Onsite roles at a middle school and an elementary school
• Immediate start; position runs through June 10, 2027
• Work hours: 8:30 AM 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
