Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Social Worker
• Experience in a K-12 school setting highly preferred
• Familiarity with school-based intervention strategies and multi-tiered systems of support
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to build relationships with students, families, and educational staff
• Adept at case management and development of support plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling and intervention for students social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Assess and address barriers affecting students academic performance and well-being
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and external agencies to coordinate support services
• Maintain thorough and confidential records for 48 assigned students
• Participate in IEPs, team meetings, and professional development activities
• Advocate for student needs, connecting families to community resources
