• Active NM SSW License, or one of the following: LBSW, LMSW, or LCSW
• Previous experience working as a school social worker (elementary experience preferred)

• Ability to build effective relationships with students, parents, and staff
• Empathetic approach and a commitment to supporting the diverse needs of children
