Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as a School Social Worker
• Previous experience working in a school or youth-oriented environment is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and case management skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and community partners
• Passion for student advocacy and culturally responsive support

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students navigating social, emotional, or behavioral difficulties
• Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to students unique needs
• Partner with teachers, administration, and families to support the whole child
• Facilitate social-emotional learning initiatives and skill-building workshops
• Assist with crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and resource referral as needed
• Maintain and document confidential case notes in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
