Seeking a skilled Social Worker to support students across Elementary, Middle, and High Schools in Macomb, MI. This contracted position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the educational and emotional well-being of diverse student populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral issues.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention plans.
- Conduct assessments to identify students needs and monitor progress.
- Connect students and families with community resources and support services.
- Advocate for student welfare and work towards creating a safe and inclusive school environment.

- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Social Worker in Michigan is preferred.
