Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a School Social Worker
• Experience working across elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Strong skills in crisis intervention, counseling, and case management
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Knowledge of social-emotional learning frameworks and student support strategies
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical best practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students social, emotional, and behavioral needs through direct observation and consultation
• Provide individual and group counseling services to support student well-being
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement intervention plans
• Deliver social-emotional learning programs and promote a positive school climate
• Assist in crisis response and connect students with appropriate community resources
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
