A contract position is available for a Social Worker to support students and families in a school setting located in Los Angeles, CA. This role focuses on providing critical social service support to enhance student well-being and promote a positive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs to provide appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and community resources to develop individualized support plans.
• Conduct counseling sessions and crisis intervention as needed.
• Advocate for students needs within the school and community.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation in compliance with school policies.
