Desired Qualifications:
- Active Colorado state licensure in Social Work (LCSW/MSW) or Counseling (LPC/LPCC)
- CO Special Services Provider (SSP) credential required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with K-12 populations and IEP processes is highly desired
- Background in crisis intervention and proactive counseling approaches
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs across elementary, middle, and high school levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group counseling to students across K-12 settings
- Assist with the development and implementation of IEPs and collaborate on student support teams
- Provide crisis intervention and ongoing case management for students facing mental health and behavioral challenges
- Engage with families and faculty to coordinate comprehensive support plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
