Job Description

This full-time contract opportunity, located just outside Denver, invites dedicated professionals to collaborate onsite with a diverse student body. Candidates will provide essential counseling services, crisis intervention, and case management while contributing actively to IEP development and student support plans.

Ideal applicants should possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced school environment. Experience with K-12 populations and school-based services is highly valued.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid state license (LPC/LPCC, LCSW/MSW, or school counselor credentials)
  • Colorado Special Services Provider (CO SSP) certification required
  • Previous experience supporting IEPs, counseling, and case management in a school setting preferred
  • Comfortable working with students across Kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Strong collaboration and crisis intervention skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver counseling and social work services to students, ensuring their emotional and social needs are met
  • Support and help develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide timely crisis intervention and effective case management
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records of student services and progress
  • Participate in ongoing communication with teachers, administrators, and families
