This opportunity is for a School Social Worker based onsite in Littleton, CO, supporting a high school caseload. The role offers a chance to work closely with students, families, and school staff to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, promoting student success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to high school students.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized support plans.
• Connect students and families with community resources and support services.
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and barriers to learning.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school and district policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid DORA School Social Worker (SSW) license.
• Colorado Department of Education credential as a Special Service Provider with an endorsement in school social work.
• Experience working with high school students in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
