This opportunity is for a School Social Worker based onsite in Littleton, CO, supporting a high school caseload. The role offers a chance to work closely with students, families, and school staff to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, promoting student success and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to high school students.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Connect students and families with community resources and support services.
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and barriers to learning.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school and district policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid DORA School Social Worker (SSW) license.
- Colorado Department of Education credential as a Special Service Provider with an endorsement in school social work.
- Experience working with high school students in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Location: Onsite in Littleton, Colorado.
