Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, re-evaluations, and evaluations for students in grades K-5. Active involvement in IEP meetings is essential, as youll be responsible for presenting assessment results to parents and collaborating with the IEP team to ensure that processes are completed according to compliance standards. This position is fully onsite, ensuring consistent relationships and hands-on support for students and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Social Worker license for the state of Colorado
  • SSP (Special Services Provider) Certificate
  • Previous experience working in K-5 school settings is highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete student assessments, re-evaluations, and evaluations
  • Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, sharing findings with parents and team members
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement student support strategies
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
