A K-12 school district in Lititz, PA, seeks an experienced Social Worker to support students throughout the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time, contract position offers 35 to 37.5 hours per week, working closely with the districts existing social work team to address student needs and coordinate community referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social work services to students across all grade levels (K-12)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and community resources to support student well-being
• Manage a caseload that integrates with district social workers efforts and community referrals
• Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Attend team meetings and contribute to the advisory team

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Pennsylvania Social Worker license required
• Experience working in schools is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations across various grade levels
