Requirements:

  • Licensed or credentialed Social Worker eligible to work in California schools
  • Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to navigate different disability types and provide effective support to students
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in multiple schools if needed

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver social work services and support strategies to students in accordance with IEP/504 plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and community partners to promote student well-being
  • Conduct assessments, provide counseling, and develop intervention plans
  • Maintain documentation and comply with state/federal policies
