What you bring:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Social Worker
• Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Skilled in counseling, crisis intervention, and developing individualized plans
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, advocacy, and record-keeping skills
• Adaptability to work effectively with diverse age groups and backgrounds
• Organizational skills for managing multiple cases and priorities

What youll do:

• Provide social-emotional and behavioral support for students and families
• Conduct assessments, develop interventions, and facilitate access to resources
• Contribute to student intervention teams and IEP meetings as needed
• Partner with school staff to identify challenges and promote a positive school climate
• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation and case notes
• Deliver group and individual counseling tailored to student needs
• Assist families in connecting with relevant community resources
