Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social work interventions to students, including individual and group counseling
• Assess students social, emotional, and behavioral needs to develop targeted support plans
• Work closely with faculty and families to address barriers to academic achievement
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights to IEPs and 504 plans
• Create and implement programs that foster a positive, inclusive school climate
• Connect students and families with community resources, mental health services, and crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with confidentiality and ethical guidelines
