Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree (bachelors degrees cannot be considered)
  • Current LARA license required (see Michigans site for more details)
  • One or more of the following credentials:
    • Licensed Masters level Psychologist or Social Worker (or Limited License under supervision)
    • MDE credentialed Masters level School Psychologist or Social Worker
    • Licensed Masters level Marriage and Family Therapist or Professional Counselor (or Limited License under supervision)
    • Valid School Counselor License, Michigan Teaching Certificate with Counselor endorsement, PSCC, or TSCL with pathway to LLPC/LPC

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group counseling for general education students
  • Provide professional learning and support for positive behavior programs
  • Document using SOAP notes and electronic records; proficiency with Google Workspace required
