A school social worker position is available for the 2025-2026 academic year in Red Lion, PA, supporting students across K-12 grades within a district-wide capacity. This contract role offers a full-time schedule of 35 to 37.5 hours per week and involves collaborating closely with the district's social workers as well as managing community referrals to provide comprehensive support services.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing students social, emotional, and behavioral needs across all grade levels (K-12).
• Partnering with school staff, families, and community agencies to develop intervention plans.
• Integrating seamlessly with the districts existing social work team.
• Facilitating referrals and coordinating services with community resources.
• Providing crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed.

Qualifications for this role:

• Valid Pennsylvania social worker license required.
• Experience in school social work preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
