Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota School Social Worker (SSW) license
- Demonstrated experience as a school social worker
- Ability to serve both general education and special education K-5 students
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect social work services to general ed and special ed students, K-5
- Collaborate with education staff, families, and outside agencies to support student needs
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement intervention strategies, and monitor progress
- Advocate for student welfare and contribute to IEP processes
- Maintain detailed case records and documentation in accordance with school policies
