Desired Qualifications:

  • Active School Social Worker License
  • Experience providing school-based mental health support (teletherapy experience a plus)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with students, staff, and families
  • Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group counseling to students
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement intervention strategies
  • Document student progress and maintain confidential records
  • Support students social, emotional, and behavioral development onsite (flexibility for virtual delivery possible)
