What youll bring:

• Valid licensure as a social worker in Ohio
• Previous experience in a school or child-focused setting preferred
• Strong understanding of social-emotional learning and behavioral intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

In this role, your responsibilities include:

• Providing direct counseling and support to students facing academic, social, or family-related difficulties
• Conducting assessments to identify student needs and develop intervention plans
• Collaborating with educators and administrators to promote student well-being and success
• Leading and participating in meetings regarding individualized education plans (IEPs) or 504 plans
• Connecting students and their families with community resources and support services
• Facilitating group sessions or workshops on topics such as social skills, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation
