Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and current Social Worker licensure in Montana (or eligibility for licensure)
• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program preferred

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Understanding of child welfare, special education, and mental health practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student social, emotional, and behavioral needs through targeted evaluations
• Develop and implement intervention plans to address academic or behavioral challenges
• Provide individual and group counseling services
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support student success
• Act as a liaison among students, families, school staff, and outside agencies
• Participate in IEP meetings, crisis intervention, and prevention programs
