Job Description

Make a real impact this school year by supporting students in K-12th grades as a dedicated Social Worker. This full-year, onsite contract offers the chance to foster positive change while collaborating closely with a supportive educational team. Oversee caseload management, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute your expertise through evaluations and student assessments, all within a single school setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a school social worker
  • Experience working with K-12 students, ideally within school environments
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to participate in and support IEP (Individualized Education Program) processes
  • Solid understanding of student evaluations and assessments
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and passionate about helping students thrive

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support and case management for a diverse student caseload
  • Conduct and document student evaluations and assessments
  • Take an active role in IEP meetings, working collaboratively with other educators and professionals
  • Develop strategies to address students social, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Support families and staff with relevant resources, interventions, and guidance
  • Maintain accurate records, comply with all relevant policies and regulations, and foster a positive school environment

This full-time opportunity runs from August through June of the 2026-2027 school year, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
