We're seeking dedicated professionals for two contract opportunities: one serving the full K-12 spectrum, and another focused on high school caseloads. You'll work alongside teachers, administrators, and families to foster student growth and well-being.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Social Worker
• Previous experience in educational settings (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Capacity to manage diverse caseloads and adapt interventions to meet a wide range of student needs
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student advocacy

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling to address students' academic, social, and emotional challenges
• Develop, implement, and monitor intervention strategies for students requiring additional support
• Collaborate with educators, families, and community partners to support holistic student development
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams, including IEP and 504 planning where needed
• Provide crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and referral services for students and families
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture by leading initiatives to promote mental health and social-emotional learning
• Maintain detailed records and documentation according to ethical and legal standards
