Discover an opportunity to make a meaningful difference working with K-12 students as a School Social Worker on a full-time contract near Grand Ledge, MI. Youll have the chance to provide impactful, individualized support to a manageable caseload of 48 students, helping them succeed both academically and personally from now through June 5th, 2026.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Social Worker
• Previous experience working with K-12 student populations in an educational setting preferred
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload, providing effective interventions and support
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, families, and school teams
• Dedication to fostering inclusive, equitable environments for all learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as a resource and advocate for K-12 students, ensuring their social, emotional, and behavioral needs are addressed
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to promote student success
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to provide cohesive support services
• Conduct individual and small group counseling sessions for students as needed
• Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and communicate outcomes effectively
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings related to student planning and support
