Two unique positions are available: one working with a diverse K-12 caseload, and another focused specifically on supporting high school students. Desired Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a school social worker
• Experience supporting elementary, middle, and/or high school students
• Knowledge of child and adolescent development
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and crisis intervention
• Ability to adapt social work practices to different developmental stages
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and providing family/school-based interventions
• Comfort with Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect social work services to students across designated grade levels (either K-12 or high school only)
• Support social-emotional and behavioral health needs through evidence-based counseling and interventions
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create a safe, positive learning environment
• Conduct student assessments and help develop intervention plans addressing both individual and systemic challenges
• Participate in IEP and student support team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis management and resource referrals for students and their families
