Step into a dynamic and rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a school-based Social Worker near Golden, CO. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across either a K-8 setting or as part of a preschool team, collaborating directly with students, families, and school staff for the 2026-2027 school year.

Youll work onsite, Monday through Friday, with a total of 37.5 hours per week. Your vital contributions will serve the IEP team, help address students social and emotional needs, and ensure ongoing compliance in special education services. The role involves providing direct support to students, completing assessments and evaluations, and collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and parents.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Psychologist License for Colorado required
• Active CDE certificate
• Demonstrated experience in a school setting, particularly within K-8 or early childhood environments
• Strong background supporting IEP team goals and compliance
• Skilled in administering assessments and evaluations
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Comfortable working onsite, five days per week

• Provide counseling and support to students to help them reach IEP goals
• Collaborate with special education teams to create and deliver effective intervention plans
• Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility determinations
• Support compliance by maintaining thorough documentation and adhering to all relevant guidelines
