Qualifications:
- Valid school social worker certification (Maine or eligible for reciprocity)
- Experience providing social work services in educational settings preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and caseload management skills
- Flexibility to support students with a range of needs, K-12
Responsibilities:
- Manage a school-based caseload, delivering direct social work services to K-12 students
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and evaluation/assessment processes
- Collaborate closely with a team of educators, administrators, and families to support student well-being and academic goals
- Maintain meticulous records and adhere to ethical and professional standards
