Qualifications:
- Current Michigan licensure as a School Social Worker (required)
- Independent practice capabilityno supervision provided
- Experience supporting a range of behavioral and academic needs in school settings
- Adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct social work support to students with various behavioral and academic needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families across multiple schools
- Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to each students unique situation
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to professional and ethical guidelines
- Assist in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEP), as needed
