Key Qualifications:

Role Details & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social work services to students in elementary and secondary settings
• Assess individual student needs and develop targeted intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support positive student outcomes
• Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the evaluation and planning process for students with disabilities
• Offer crisis intervention and support, as needed, within the school environment
