Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for school social work endorsement
• Experience working with elementary, middle, or high school students; background with multiple age groups is a plus
• Strong skills in assessment, crisis intervention, and counseling
• Excellent communication skills with students, families, and educational professionals
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload

Role Details & Responsibilities:

• One available position serves K-12 students; the other focuses on a high school-only caseload
• Provide direct support and counseling to students experiencing academic, behavioral, or social challenges
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with staff and families
• Serve as a resource for teachers and administrators in understanding student needs
• Lead or participate in team meetings, IEPs, and case conferences as needed
• Connect students and families to appropriate resources within the community
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and supportive school climate
