Key Qualifications:

• Active LCSW license (no PPS credential required)
• Prior experience in school-based or youth-centered social work preferred
• Comfortable working across elementary, middle, and high school age groups
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote/virtual environment
• Ability to assess needs, develop interventions, and document outcomes effectively

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling and social-emotional support to students in grades K-12
• Facilitate group or individual sessions focused on student well-being and development
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement support plans
• Maintain detailed, confidential records and submit reports as required
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive, inclusive school culture
• Adapt interventions and strategies to meet a diverse range of student needs
