Key Qualifications:
- Active LCSW license (no PPS credential required)
- Prior experience in school-based or youth-centered social work preferred
- Comfortable working across elementary, middle, and high school age groups
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote/virtual environment
- Ability to assess needs, develop interventions, and document outcomes effectively
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct counseling and social-emotional support to students in grades K-12
- Facilitate group or individual sessions focused on student well-being and development
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement support plans
- Maintain detailed, confidential records and submit reports as required
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive, inclusive school culture
- Adapt interventions and strategies to meet a diverse range of student needs
