Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting students in a K-12 school environment as a contract Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). This engaging remote position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact, providing essential mental health services to children and adolescents. You'll work closely with one assigned school, collaborating with educators and staff to address the diverse needs of students throughout the academic year.
What You'll Bring:
- Active LCSW required (PPS credential not needed)
- Experience as a Social Worker in school settings preferred
- Passion for supporting K-12 students from various backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Comfortable conducting virtual sessions and collaborating remotely
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students, individually and in groups
- Support students social, emotional, and behavioral growth
- Consult and collaborate with school staff, teachers, and families to develop student support strategies
- Conduct assessments and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as needed
- Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with state and district standards
- Participate in school meetings, case conferences, and trainings via remote platforms

- Contract role starting as soon as possible through the end of the school year
- 30 hours per week with a single school assignment
- Remote interview process, typically with a decision made within 24 to 48 hours
