Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited college or university
• Michigan School Social Worker credentials: Preliminary School Social Worker Certificate (PSSWC), Professional School Social Worker Certificate (PSWC), or School Social Worker Permit (SSWP)
• LARA Social Worker license required
• Experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to students facing social, emotional, or academic challenges
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized plans to meet students needs
• Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and parents to develop strategies that enhance students school experiences
