What were seeking:

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for certification in school social work
• Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to assess student needs, provide interventions, and monitor progress
• Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and IEP processes is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students
• Develop intervention plans to address academic and behavioral concerns
• Serve as a liaison between the school, families, and community agencies
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote a positive school climate
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide social-emotional assessments
• Assist in crisis intervention and conflict resolution
• Advocate for students needs and connect families to essential resources
