Job Description

A school-based social worker position is available in Englewood, CO, providing essential support to high school students within a dynamic educational environment. This full-time, onsite role involves working directly with students to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, ensuring their well-being and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling to students facing social and emotional issues

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must hold a DORA School Social Worker (SSW) license applicable for Colorado
  • Possession of a Colorado Department of Education-issued credential as a Special Service Provider with an endorsement in school social work
  • Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively within a collaborative school setting
