Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a School Social Worker
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Proficiency in conducting student assessments and evaluations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized intervention plans and support strategies
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards in student care
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide social-emotional and behavioral support to small student groups
- Conduct comprehensive social work evaluations for approximately 45 students
