Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling and support services to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.

  • Develop intervention strategies and connect students and families with community resources.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess student needs and create personalized support plans.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records following school policies and ethical guidelines.
  • Participate in IEP and 504 meetings as needed, contributing valuable insights into student welfare.
